Cancellation & Refund Policy

    Cancellations

    All cancellations must be requested in writing and are subject to the terms and conditions of third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, and insurance companies. AeroVerve acts solely as an intermediary and does not control or influence third-party cancellation rules.

    Refunds

    Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the specific policies of the third-party providers involved. Processing time and eligibility are entirely dependent on these external providers. Some services may be non-refundable, especially during peak seasons or under promotional rates. The minimum processing time for refunds is 8 weeks, while the maximum duration depends entirely on the policies and responsiveness of the respective third-party providers.

    Non-Refundable Charges

    A flat service fee of ₹500 is strictly non-refundable in all cases. This administrative fee applies to every booking regardless of the outcome of any cancellation request.

    By booking with AeroVerve, you acknowledge and accept that all cancellation and refund processes are governed by the individual policies of each third-party provider involved in your travel arrangements.
